Vindicator

Vindicators are tough illagers — evil villager-like mobs — who fight with a sharp axe. You'll often meet them during a village raid or inside a woodland mansion.

Where You'll Find Them

Vindicators live in dark, spooky woodland mansions found in dark forests. They also show up as part of "raids," when groups of illagers attack a village you've helped.

Battle Tips

• Their axe attacks hit hard, so keep your distance or bring good armor.
• A rare version, nicknamed "Johnny," attacks everything nearby — even other mobs!
• They usually attack in groups, so be ready for more than one at a time.
